Said it all above
The room was comfortable and very clean. But overall it was rather ‘run down’ the walls need a coat of paint, some of the bathroom tiles chipped and broken and the basin needs replacing. The window didn’t shut properly and the fridge seal needs attention. The position of the establishment is exceptional. And it was a quiet room so sleep was good. Could have done with a bench for bags etc Overall I was comfortable and slept well thank you

Good location good price
The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Strand and into the city. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Close to coffee shops and shopping centre.
Queen bed was old and probably past its use by date. Bit of paint peeling in the bathroom. Coffee was stale.

Cheap and largely cheerful.
The location is great, and the staff are very helpful, particularly Jane. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Towels were replaced daily.
The room, Room 2, needs maintenance. The room needs to be stripped, repainted and recarpeted and the bathroom probably needs retiling. The air conditioner needs cleaning, and the fridge needs defrosting. At night there was noise from some machinery, possibly other air conditioners.
